Suspicious death of woman who died in hospital after incident in Derry - Man arrested
A 33-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating the suspicious death of a woman at Altnagelvin hospital in Derry last summer.
The woman, aged 21, died on August 9, 2020 following what police described as an incident at an address in Gortnessy Meadows, Lettershandoney six days earlier on August 3.
A PSNI spokesperson said the man “remains in custody at present”.
The spokesperson added: “Detectives are keen to hear from anyone with information that could assist their investigation. Please call 101.”
No further details have been released.
