CRUSE Footsteps Walk

Foyle Cruse Bereavement Care will hold its annual Footprints Walk on Saturday 14th May, starting at 11am from the Cruse Office, 4 Dacre Tce and proceeding across Craigavon Bridge, along Duke Street and Waterside Link, entering Ebrington Square and across the Peace Bridge.

The Mayor Colr. Elisha McCallion will be there to start the walk.

The Footprints Walk is an opportunity for clients, volunteers and friends of Cruse to walk and remember past loved ones. Cruse has been supporting bereaved people in the city and surrounding areas for the past 27 years.

In the last year alone its volunteers have donated more than 6,800 volunteer hours and have supported over 400 people through their bereavement journey.

It is hoped the walk will increase awareness of this free service and help raise much needed funds so the service can be offered to those who need it most.
