Death of Derry COVID-19 patient aged 60 to 79 registered by DoH

The death of a woman with COVID-19 in hospital on Saturday brought the total death toll from the illness in Derry and Strabane to 127.

The death was registered by the Department of Health over the weekend.

Thirty-three people have now died from the illness in Derry/Strabane in 2021.
