Derry City fans give Shane a big surprise

Fellow City fan Shane Mooney, who has autism, celebrated his 14th birthday on Saturday and the club members felt as the teenager was unable to have a proper celebration because of the coronavirus pandemic, they would visit him.

"What an honour and privilege it was as members of Brandywell Pride SC to be able to wish this special wee boy Shane a massive HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Hope to see him in Block J again soon!! Scaldy you have lost your job!!!! Happy 14th Birthday Shane," Karen Pyne posted on social media.
