Derry people open hearts to Co. Down pups
Although the incident happened in Co. Down at the weekend, ‘Journal’ readers got in touch after the story and video was shared on our website and Facebook page.
Although all of the pups are doing well the USPCA said the animals must complete a quarantine period before they can be re-homed.

Hide Ad“They will now go through a quarantine period, receive the treatment they need and once they are fit and healthy will be put up for adoption in a few weeks time. We are not taking enquiries about re-homing them just yet,” said a spokesperson for the USPCA.
