A second event will be held next week on Thursday, April 28.

This will be a workshop inspired by the poetry of the Easter Rising and the Battle of the Somme led by Julieann Campbell and Lynne Edgar.

It will encourage participants to write their own poems about rebellion and revolution.

The events have been organised by local group, The Literary Ladies.
