The scene in Derry last night as the annual August 15th bonfire was lit in Derry’s Bogside.

There was a large attendanceas spectators and observers gathered at the Meenan Square pyre, which this year was relocated from the road at the bottom of the Lecky Road fly over to a vacant site at Meenan Square following the demolition of former business premises at the site.
