“Council is keen to work with both investors and developers to establish better standards of accommodation for a range of uses to meet the needs of a thriving modern city, and to improve the offering of housing in our rural areas. But we must do this responsibly and in keeping with the wider vision for the development of Derry and Strabane as set out in our Local Development Plan.”
