The ‘Rewarding Workplace Diversity - Exploring LGB&/T Identity at Work’ will be staged at The Dance Studio in The Playhouse on Friday October 14.

It will run from 11am to 12.45pm and is free.

Diversity Champions Northern Ireland are hosting the event along with The Rainbow Project and Allstate Northern Ireland.

A spokesman for the organisers said: “This timely seminar will provide an opportunity to hear from Diversity Champions organisations in Northern Ireland about their diversity and inclusion initiatives to celebrate gender and sexual minorities in the workplace.

“The seminar will explore the business case for diversity in terms of recruitment, growth, CSR [Corporate Social Responsibility], talent management and planning and provide attendees with an opportunity to hear about the Diversity Champions programme for their organisation and how they can promote and experience these workplace benefits for themselves.”
