Fireworks may have triggered reports of shots being fired
Police say there is no evidence to suggest that shots were fired in Derry's Cornshell Fields on Monday night
The update follows enquiries by the PSNI into reports of the sound of gunfire.
There is, however, a suggestion that fireworks were being let off in the area.
