“Plans for the site include social housing, a community centre, a GAA pitch and the retention of the existing grass pitches. This will be a lasting legacy to a school site that has been key to the local community over the years.”

Colr. Jackson said Martin McGuinness has already had a big role to play in the delivery of the masterplan, with the recent announcement from the Office of the First and Deputy First Ministers of over £600,000 for a GAA pitch next to the school site.
