James McClean donates £1,000 to help pay for funeral of Derry toddle hit by car
Little Ronan McGavigan died on Sunday after he was struck by a car on the Lone Moor Road.
Earlier this week, a fundraising page was set-up to help little Ronan’s family with funeral costs.

Twenty-seven year-old McClean was born and reared close to where the McGavigan family live.
McClean, who plays for English Premier League side, West Bromwich Albion, is no stranger to charitable acts.
Last year he donated money to a local refuge for homeless men with an alcohol dependency.
