Little Sofia was born with a heart defect and was rushed to hospital on her second birthday.

Sofia’s condition was so severe that medical staff made the decision to move her to Birmingham Children’s Hospital to receive specialist treatment.

Twenty four hours after little Sofia passed away a friend set-up a crowdfunding page to help the family pay for the funeral.
