Principal Michael Gormley said: “We are very proud of Kavin and his plans to volunteer in Kenya this summer. Everyone knows how much his image and grooming mean to him and the fact that he is prepared to ‘brave the shave’ and lose ‘the quiff’ demonstrates how committed he really is to raising funds and awareness on behalf of the Kenyan Orphanages.”

Kavin’s ‘quiff’ is getting the chop in the school assembly hall on April 29th at 1.15pm by a past pupil of the school, Jordan O’Neill, who runs his own business, 22 Male Image and Grooming, at New St., Dungiven. Donations can be made through the school office or any of its 6th Form students via their sponsor sheets.
