Man bloodied after Ballymena assault
A man was left bloodied after an assault in Ballymena on Saturday during which a car was also damaged.
A man, aged 33, arrested by police following the incident at Tardree Grove has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The incident was reported to police at around 6.25am and the man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and criminal damage. He was later released on police bail.
The injured man, who was also in his 30s, suffered cuts to his head as a result of the incident.
