New Derry bar creates new jobs
A new Derry bar, which is due to open in Foyle Street soon, has started recruiting staff.
‘Blackbird’ is located where ‘Beckett’s Bar’ used to be and according to the bar’s website it will offer a “generous range of the finest brews from Derry, Northern Ireland and beyond’ when it opens later this year. The bar will also serve fine teas, coffees and food.
‘Blackbird’ is currently hiring floor staff; bar staff; a head chef; assistant bar manager and a supervisor. There is a mixture of full time and part time positions.
