All of the allegations are said to have occured between September 11, 1954 and July 16, 1957.

Prosecuting counsel told Derry Court they believe the defendant has a prima facie case to answer. The defendant made no response when the allegations were put to him.

Resident Magistrate, Barney McElholm released the defendant on his own bail of £500 on the condition that he has no contact whatsoever with any of the alleged injured parties and set a date of March 15 for arraignment.
