Coronavirus NI: Two more people die with COVID-19 and another 129 people test positive in last 24 hours

The latest statistics reveal that now 573 people have died with Coronavirus.

That number is comprised of 301 men and 271 women.

A man and a woman died as a result of coronavirus in this reporting period over the past 24 hours.

Both were in the 60-79 age bracket and both deaths took place in hospital.

There are currently three people in ICU battling Covid-19.

There are 21 people COVID-confirmed inpatients in NI hospitals.

In the last 7 days 641 people have tested positive for Coronavirus.

A total of 8,631 have tested positive in total in NI.

There are currently 25 cases of COVID-19 in NI care Homes and 8 suspected cases.
