Daniel O'Donnell's Derry concert featured on new album's special edition as details announced for new Irish dates

A special limited signed edition of Daniel O’Donnell’s new album includes a DVD concert feature of 16 tracks filmed in April 2023 at the Millennium Forum, Derry, it has been confirmed.

Daniel O’Donnell’s recording career has now spanned more than 35 years and he continues to delight fans around the world by his recording and touring activities.

His new album ‘How Lucky I Must Be’ will be released on October 27.

After the success of ‘I Wish You Well,’ Daniel returned to the studio with David Arkins. The new 12-track album features the single title track ‘How Lucky I Must Be’, ‘After All’ and new single ‘The Flowers, The Sunset, The Trees’.

A special limited signed edition of the album is available to pre-order now. Also included in this special limited signed edition, is a DVD concert feature of 16 tracks filmed in April 2023 at the Millennium Forum, Derry, as well as the debut feature of Daniel’s mini-movie ‘Night Of The Daniels’ which has been streamed more than 100,000 times since its online-only release in 2022.

And just on time for a Christmas present for the Daniel fan in your life, tickets for his 2024 Irish dates go on sale at the start of December. These also include a Derry date.

The tickets go on sale on Friday, December 1 2023 for dates on Thursday May 9, 2024 - Waterfront Hall, Belfast and the next day, Saturday, December 2 for Wednesday, May 1 2024 - at Lyrath Estate Hotel, Kilkenny; Friday, May 10 2024 at Millennium Forum, Derry, Saturday, May 11 2024 atTLT, Drogheda and Tuesday, May 14 2024 -atLandmark Hotel, Carrick-On-Shannon.
