“Healthcare workers are looking after us in hospital and in the wider community, as well as supermarket staff, delivery drivers and postal workers to name a few. All are doing their jobs so that the rest of us can stay safe at home.

“Faller had been looking for a way to express our appreciation for these ‘heart of gold’ key workers so we decided to run a competition.

“We wanted to give the people of Derry / Londonderry an opportunity to express their love and gratitude for their key work heroes by nominating them for a chance to win a Faller original Heart of Derry small pendant and chain in solid 18ct yellow gold (valued at £500).

“If the main prize winner is male he can opt for a £500 jewellery voucher from Faller instead.

“We also have three small Heart of Derry pendants with chain in solid sterling silver as runner-up prizes. The draw for the winner will take place on June 1, 2020.”

Each nomination is for one person only.
Those nominating are being asked to give their key worker hero nominee’s name, occupation/ volunteer role, and why they deserve it.

“It’s good to hear the positive stories that aren’t being told otherwise.

“Go to our Facebook page and follow the instructions to make your nomination,” Una said.
