Derry’s incredible key workers - as nominated by you

An army of key workers have been providing an invaluable service right across the north west throughout the pandemic lockdown.

From health workers and carers, delivery drivers, supermarket workers and refuse collectors to farmers and factory workers, we salute you all.

We asked Journal readers which of these very special people they would like to say a big “thank you” to and here are some of the wonderful messages we have received.

We hope this goes a little way to show everyone who has been stepping up to the mark throughout these strange times how much they are appreciated.
