A wave of pride and relief swept across Derry on Tuesday as dozens of Ulster University nursing students marked the end of an intense journey with their graduation.

We spoke with Evan Wallace and Morgan Wright, who said they had just recently become engaged. Achieving their degrees, Evan said they had to sacrifice a lot. Morgan added: “It’s a lot of hours, but it is rewarding at the same time. You have to be fully dedicated. it’s worth it in the end.”
