Muff Community Park to reopen next week
The playpark, which is popular with children son both sides of the border, has been closed due to Covid 19 restrictions in the South .

Hide AdMuff Community Development announced the latest news on its Facebook page.
They said: “Muff Community Development is delighted to announce that Muff Community Park will be re-opening on Monday 17th May. Everyone has been working very hard to make the park safe for the children. We are looking forward to seeing you all again next week.
“Remember, our MUGA is available for renting for basketball, tennis and football, contact Muff Resource Centre on 93 84572 to book. Booking is essential. Please stay safe everyone and follow the guidelines.”

Hide AdA previous update on th eoepning, posted on April 27 stated: “An update on Muff Community Park, following contact with the HSE and the Taoiseach’s office, regarding the protective measures required. The following advice has been received. The playground could operate under the following protective measures: Users must provide their own hand sanitizer; children must be accompanied by an adult; the use of seating is not permitted; toilets will not be in operation; users are requested to maintain 2m social distancing, wear masks when in close contact and to limit their time in the playground.
