Articles that she penned have since been read and loved by thousands of people worldwide.

Her writing had earned her a reputation as one of the most courageous journalists of her generation; one who sought the truth not simply by asking difficult questions, but by always listening to the answers.

The memorial collection has been compiled by those who knew her best, anthologising pieces that celebrate McKee’s life, talent and creative legacy.

It showcases the range of her roving intelligence by bringing together unpublished material, including excerpts from her work in progress, a book of investigative journalism entitled ‘The Lost Boys’, alongside her journalism work, such as ‘A letter to my 14-year-old self’ and ‘Suicide of the Ceasefire babies’.
