New DUP leader: Bookie favourites to replace Arlene Foster
The bookmaker BoyleSports has opened a book on who might take the place of DUP leader Arlene Foster who announced on Wednesday that she will step down next month - here are the runners and riders.

Nigel Dodds 40/1 - The DUP deputy leader lost his North Belfast seat at Westminster in 2019 and now takes the title Baron Dodds of Duncairn in the British House of Lords. He was born in Philip Street in Derry but moved when he was very young.
Jim Shannon 33/1 - The sitting DUP MP for Strangford has represented the constituency since 2010. He had previously served as MLA for the area and was selected to run for Westminster shortly after Iris Robinson resigned.
Gregory Campbell 12/1 - The former Derry City councillor needs no introduction. The DUP veteran is currently the sitting MP for East Derry but still lives in Derry
