“Because of covid restrictions it was decided that I have a double mastectomy, followed by 8 gruelling sessions of chemotherapy.

“Unfortunately after receiving chemo, cancer often comes back twice as aggressive.

“I still went through all the treatment and was given the wonderful news that i was all clear ..devastatingly only 7 weeks later after my routine checkup, they discovered that the cancer was back at stage 4 in my chest wall, liver and lungs”.

She adds: “The prognosis I was given was 12 months left to live.”
