Police have said they are concerned for missing person James Bell (29).
James left Altnagelvin hospital without receiving treatment on December 6. James is described as 5"8', slim build, last seen wearing a cream, knitted hat, a grey and cream, knitted, zip up cardigan and jeans. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 and use reference 668 from 06/12/25
