These are the top 10 areas of Derry where the population is BOOMING - see if your neighbourhood is on the list

This is a list of the top ten areas in Derry that has seen the biggest population BOOM in the last five years.

The reasons for the population increase are manifold.

We collated the data fron NISRA between 2014 and 2019.

This is what we found:

Next comes the Caw ward in the city with an increase in population of 6.3% or 163 people.

After that comes Enagh with an crease of 6.1% or 360 people.

After that the next biggest population was found in Clondermot with an increase in population of 3.4% or 99 people.

Next we have the Victoria ward in Derry - with an increase of 3.2% or 111 people.
