Purse and tobacco stolen from house in Whitehouse Park

Police at Strand Road are appealing for information about two burglary incidents.

At about 2.30am on Monday January 25, an intruder was disturbed in a house in Whitehouse Park. The person gained entry through the sunroom door and exited through the front. A purse and a packet of tobacco were stolen.

At about the same time, an intruder was disturbed trying to gain access to a property in Rossnagalliagh. Window hinges were damaged in the incident.
