Ten jobs to go at Derry drinks firm

Niche drinks currently employs around 60 people at their base on the Rossdowney Road.

Managing Director, Ciaran Mulgrew, said the volume of case sales in the UK had fallen, resulting in the reduced need for their product. Mr Mulgrew said: “It’s terribly unpleasant and it’s an horrendous situation, no wants to hear that news but unfortunately when it comes to the reality of the economy across the UK we are just the same as everyone else.”
