Two hill walkers missing from Kinnego in Inishowen located by emergency services
Two hill walkers who had been reported missing from the Kinnego area of Inishowen were discovered this morning (Saturday) by emergency services.
Gardaí old the Journal they assisted emergency and search and rescue services on Saturday morning in an operation to locate two hill walkers who had been reported missing.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Two men in their 30s had gone walking in the Kinnego area, Inishowen, Co. Donegal and failed to return. Following an operation involving the Coast Guard and Mountain Rescue the two men were discovered this morning and taken to regional hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.”
