Man to appear in court in Derry charged with ABH, possession of a weapon and threats to kill
A man is due in court in Derry this morning to face charges of ABH, possession of a weapon and making threats to kill.
The charges are in relation to an incident in the Main Street area of Strabane on Tuesday.
A PSNI spokesperson said detectives have charged a 21 year old man with a number of offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault, possession of an offensive weapon, theft and threats to kill.
He is due to appear at Derry Magistrates' Court on Thursday.. As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
