Vandalised school site becoming a 'real danger' says 'increasingly concerned' PSNI

A vacant school site has become a real danger to the public after a spoke in vandalism and anti-social behaviour, the PSNI have warned.

Police in Strabane said they are becoming increasingly concerned following an increase in anti-social behaviour, vandalism and criminal damage at the vacant Strabane Academy site on the Liskey Road.

"As you can see it has become a real danger. We are increasing patrols of the area however would encourage local residents to be extra vigilant and report any suspicious activity to us. Plans are in place to fully secure the building in the very near future.
