Updated: Woman in serious condition following two-vehicle collision in Newtowncunningham
A woman is in a serious condition in Letterkenny General Hospital following a two-vehicle collision on the Derry to Letterkenny road at Newtowncunningham on Wednesday morning.
A Garda spokesperson told the ‘Journal’ the road at Newtowncunningham remains closed and diversions are in place.
They added: “Gardaí are currently attending the scene of a serious road traffic collision on the N13 (Letterkenny to Derry Rd) in Newtowncunningham, which occurred at approximately 8.30am on 23rd March. Two vehicles were involved. The female occupant of one vehicle has been conveyed to Letterkenny Hospital with serious injuries.”
