A van flipped its body and ended up in a field after hitting black ice outside Derry this morning.

The PSNI have released images of the aftermath of the accident to warn motorists of the hazards of driving in black ice.
"If your journey is essential this morning can we please advise caution when driving particularly on country roads. After the recent spell of wintery weather we are receiving numerous reports of black ice on several roads in the district. This road traffic collision occurred just outside Claudy this morning," the PSNI stated.
