X Factor: Three local men to feature tonight

Conor McGinty from Derry is among those set to appear on tonight's X Factor.

Three young local men from across the North West are expected to go before the judges in tonight's X Factor auditions.

Two County Derry men, and a 19-year-old from Strabane are tipped to feature in the show on ITV this evening.

Conor McGinty from Derry City will be hoping to wow judges Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger when he gets his chance to shine.

The 21-year-old is already well known locally for his singing talent.

Niall Sexton (22) from Magherafelt, Co. Derry is also expected to feature on tonight’s episode.

Also making an appearance is 19-year-old farmer Jordan Devine from Strabane.

All three will be hoping to make it through the open audition stage of the show to be in with a chance of progressing through to bootcamp and on to the live X Factor shows later in the year.

The X Factor airs on ITV 1 tonight (Saturday) at 8.15pm, followed by the Xtra Factor on ITV 2.
