"The ethos behind the business is to provide both locals and tourists a 'Taste of the North West' through crafting local, authentic, premium quality, flavoursome beer and food," explain the pair on their website.
The pub itself was a culmination of the duo's passions for brewing and the city of Derry. Upon opening in 2015 the brewery became the first microbrewery to operate in the city for over 100 years.
The Walled City brewery saw off competition from fellow North pubs The Northern Whig (Antrim), Keegan's Bar(Armagh), The Stokers Halt (Down), Blakes of the Hollow (Fermanagh) and The Brewer's House (Tyrone).
