Derry Brand Evaze signs major deal with global sports agency and with Chantelle Cameron

Derry fashion brand Evaze has taken a major leap onto the global sports stage after securing a partnership with Inspire Capital Sports (ICS), a management agency representing some of the world’s top professional athletes.

Evaze, run by three Derry men, Jack McGuinness, Daryl White and Dave Healy, was built on their shared vision for creating a high‑quality, performance‑driven fashion brand.

Signing with ICS elevates the local Derry brand onto the global sporting stage.

Jack McGuinness said: “The partnership came about very organically. We’ve been so busy putting out great quality content and dropping new products that were selling out, and I believe it was off the back of that hype that Inspire Capital Sports approached us, just before Christmas.

“What stood out straight away was how professional and selective they are about the brands they work with. Hearing that we’d been on their radar for a while was a real moment for us, a sign that we’re doing something right.

“After learning how Inspire Capital Sports operates and the calibre of athletes they represent, it became clear this wasn’t just another collaboration, it was about long‑term alignment. For Evaze to be chosen at this stage says a lot about how the brand is viewed externally, and once those conversations started, it was a no‑brainer for us.”

The deal means Evaze products can now be worn by ICS‑represented athletes at press conferences, training sessions, during travel and more.

Reflecting on the prospect of seeing Evaze products worn by professional athletes, Daryl White said: “It’s honestly surreal. These athletes don’t wear anything that doesn’t meet performance standards, so for them to trust Evaze at the highest level says everything about the quality and direction of the brand.”

Dave Healy said the excitement is even greater with someone like Chantelle Cameron now on board. “Chantelle Cameron is recognised as one of the most decorated female boxers in history, having held world titles across two weight classes. It’s a proper pinch‑me moment. I watched her fight a few years ago, before Evaze even existed, and was in awe of her talent, to now be working with her is insane. Seeing Evaze worn by athletes of that calibre gives us massive belief that the brand belongs on a global stage.”

Cameron is now the face of Evaze, and for the duration of her contract, all of her apparel and gear will be supplied exclusively by the Derry brand.

“We are really proud to get behind her and promote her as best we can. We’re glad she has the trust in us to live up to her expectations,” added Jack McGuinness.

Since Evaze last spoke with the Journal, the business has expanded significantly, adding a full‑time marketer and web developer, as well as building a team of seven brand ambassadors.

Despite the brand’s climb onto the global sports stage, they say their roots remain firmly in Derry, and they have a deep appreciation for the support the people of the city and beyond have shown Evaze.

“We’ve also continued to give back to the community and charities, whether that’s supporting Danny Quigley in his Sahara 200 run or helping out in ways we don’t always post about,” said the Evaze team.
