DARTS: Mailey's claim Jackie Doherty Cup victory

Mailey's Bar are the 2016 Jackie Doherty Memorial Cup winners after defeating the Cosh 4-2 in an exciting final as the Estate Services Friday Night Darts League season moves toward a thrilling finale.

To reach the decider, Maileys defeated the Carraig in emphatic style, registering a 4-0 while the Cosh saw off Mary Bs 4-2 in their semi-final clash.

A crowded Phoenix watched the matches in a competition that has once again proved to be one of the best cup competitions in this year’s league programme.

The League Committee congratulated the winner and paid tribute to the The Phoenix Bar for their continued sponsorship while also thanking all the callers and markers on the night.

With four games to go, it is back to league matters for the next two weeks with the following matches down for decision:
