Derry City's newest signing tweets for car help
DERRY City's new Danish right-back, Niclas Vemmelund has called on the people of Derry for help.
The defender, who signed a one year deal with the ‘Candy Stripes’ earlier this month, took to his twitter account in an urgent appeal to find a new car for the duration of the Airtricity League season.
“Derry people need help! [sic] Need a car from 1 February 1 - November. Anyone?”; read his tweet.
Vemmelund, has an Icelandic Championship winners’ medal to his name with Stjarnan FC and recently played with Brommapojkarna in Sweden before being snapped up by Derry boss. Kenny Shiels.
