Former Liverpool and Barnsley winger Adam Hammill signs for Derry City
The much travelled 32 year-old winger played under Republic of Ireland boss, Stephen Kenny at Dunfermline in 2007 when Devine was assistant manager.
A former England U21 international, Hammill also played under Coleraine manager, Oran Kearney while at St Mirren in 2018.

Hide Ad"He absolutely loves playing football and entertaining," said a delighted Devine. "He's got a bag of tricks and we obviously know each other for a long time.
"Whenever myself and Paddy (McCourt) spoke with him it was a no-brainer. He was here in a heartbeat and that's exactly what you want - a player showing an appetite to come and play here and a player who really wants to enjoy playing football in what is the later years of his career.
"He has a fantastic appetite for the game and will be able to help us here with our young players in terms of helping them develop.
"Anybody watching those live streams of the games will hopefully get a lot of enjoyment out of watching him play."

Hide AdThe experienced Liverpudlian spent over a decade with his hometown club, Liverpool but failed to break into the first team squad.
He made several substitute appearances in the English Premiership for Wolves before joining Huddersfield Town in 2013.
Most recently the former England Under-21 international was on the books at Scunthorpe United and spent a short spell on loan at Stockport County.
With the SSE Airtricity League resuming next Friday, the winger was signed as a direct replacement for Jamie McDonagh who was released from his contract last week.
