James McClean hopes EA Sports Cup win can be Derry City's stepping stone

Republic of Ireland international James McClean was happy his old club Derry City claimed their first trophy in six years.

The Stoke City man, who was working with eir Sport as a pundit at the Brandywell today, feels Kenny Shiels side will need to improve if they harbour hopes of winning the FAI Cup this season.
