Former Croatia striker Davor Å uker has today visited the grave of Northern Ireland legend, George Best.

The ex-Real Madrid frontman, now president of the Croatian Football Federation, paid his respects to the ex-Manchester United maestro at his resting place at Roselawn Cemetery.

Šuker, Croatia’s all-time top scorer, is in Belfast ahead of Tuesday’s international friendly at Windsor Park.

After a long battle with alcoholism, Best passed away in 2005. He was capped 37 times by Northern Ireland, and scored nine goals on the international stage.
