Foods Connected, which provides a supply chain management solution for the food industry, was ranked in fifth place in Deloitte’s ‘Fast 50’ technology awards last week.

The annual event is Ireland’s premier technology and growth awards. Eleven companies from the North were placed in the Fast 50 list this year and three of them, including Foods Connected, were newcomers.

The award ranking comes off the back of a spectacular year for the company that has seen it secure major new clients across many different markets and regions.

The company has also had a successful couple of years with prestigious award wins at the Women in Meat Industry Awards and being named “Supply Chain Company of the Year” in 2019 by Food and Business Awards.

Foods Connected, which has offices in Derry, Belfast and Sydney, has doubled the number of people it employs in NI this year and are always looking for new talent to join the team.

Roger McCracken, Foods Connected MD, said: “We are so proud to be ranked in fifth place as a first time entrant to the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards.”
