The Cullen family have been operating their business only within the last six weeks, with months of planning over the summer on implementing “every measure possible” on current Covid restrictions.

A spokesperson for the local family-run business said: “In preparation for reopening we will be introducing a range of new procedures to ensure our family-run funfair has taken all measures possible for all our guests who visit.

“We update our Covid protocols based on each individual location and requirements and would wish to advise all who visit that our business will have strict measures in place for the safety and well-being of our visitors.

“Alongside our normal extensive cleaning measures we have introduced a range of new more frequent and enhanced deep cleaning measures across all our rides and attractions.

“We have provided hand sanitisation facilities on each attraction at both entrance and exit points.

“Our team will be equipped with PPE to protect both our guests and staff.

“We have also introduced social distancing measures in queue lines around the attractions. Please observe these guidelines respecting other guests and follow advice from our team at all times.”

Local people are advised that social distancing between groups will vary according to each ride, and are urged to follow guidelines and instructions given on the site.

“On some rides it may be necessary for us to have empty seats between guests. Once again please follow the instructions given from our team. For anyone who wants to wear face coverings they will be available to purchase just ask a member of our team.

“Full guidelines on all our measures for Covid 19 which we have implemented can be found on our Facebook page.”

Anyone who would like to find out about these measures on their visit, is advised to ask to speak to a member of senior management who will let them know in detail of all the measures taken with regards to keeping people safe.

“On that final note,” the spokesperson added, “we look forward to welcoming you all back, and ask when you are visiting please be patient, be kind to other guests and staff members but most importantly have fun!”
