Man pleads 'not guilty' to sexual offence charges at Derry court
A man has pleaded not guilty in relation to four sexual offence charges at Derry Crown Court.
The man, who cannot be named in order to protect the identity of the alleged victim in the case, was arraigned on Wednesday.
He pleaded not guilty to two counts of sexual assault by penetration on June 7 and June 24, 2024.
He was also charged with two charges of voyeurism involving the same alleged injured party on the same dates.

When the charges were put to him the man pleaded not guilty to all.
Defence counsel Stephen Mooney said as far as the defence was concerned, the case was 'trial ready'. Mr Mooney told the court that the trial should last between three and four days.
A prosecution barrister meanwhile told the court that they had no details as to witness availability as yet.
The case was adjourned until September 4 for a review.
