Man returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge of burglary
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a charge of burglary following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court.
John Patrick McGilloway (42) of Collon Terrace in Derry was charged with the offence that were said to have occurred at a commercial premises on July 8 2019 and July 11 2019.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
McGilloway chose not to submit any statements and not to call any witnesses.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on September 25.
