It is believed that the charges are in conection with a vehicle hijacking that occurred in the Little Diamond area of Derry on the evening of Wednesday 20 August.

A man was left badly shaken following a vehicle hijacking in the Little Diamond area.

It happened shortly after 10pm on Wednesday when the driver was coming from Free Derry Corner towards the Northland Road. His white Kia Picanto car was stopped by a man standing in the road and he was ordered out of his vehicle.
