Anita Conway, Director of Development at Radius Housing, said: “We are delighted our projects at Visteon, Rathgill and Ebrington have been shortlisted for the Planning Awards.

“For different reasons, these sites produced challenges that other developers may have walked away from, so to secure planning permissions, and see the progress on site is something we can be proud of.

“The quality and standard, from start to finish, is what makes Radius Housing developments stand out.”

“The whole team at Radius strives to meet and overcome the challenges that new developments bring us and we remain focused throughout on the end goal - delivering quality social and affordable homes right across Northern Ireland.”

Diana Fitzsimons, Chair of Radius Housing, added: “I am proud that that the three shortlisted schemes demonstrated Radius’ commitment to urban regeneration and high quality design as well as its focus on delivering mixed use and mixed tenure schemes across Northern Ireland.

“To be shortlisted alongside so many innovative projects highlights the quality of Radius’ work.”

The Planning Awards are among the most prestigious industry awards for developers, architects and town planners in the UK, and aim to recognise some of the best, most innovative and challenging housing and construction projects.

The winners of the Planning Awards will be announced at a ceremony in London this coming September.
