Jackson welcomes £280k drug seizure
Sinn Féin Councillor Christopher Jackson has welcomed a major drugs seizure in the Waterside area of Derry on Thursday night.
He said: “I am pleased that these drugs have been seized.
“I would appeal to anyone with any information to bring it to the police so they can continue to protect our communities from the scourge of drugs.”
He concluded: “While this successful seizure is to be welcomed it is also important to care for those who are addicted to various drugs and support the various groups who are working hard to help people get their lives back on track.”
